• Obtaining judgment for gas and electricity charges on a defended claim against the landlord of a former care home converted into multi-tenanted residential flats with single gas and electricity meters.
• Obtaining judgment against a proprietor of a business on a defended claim for unregistered electricity charges due to meter tampering.
• Successfully defending an application for annulment of a bankruptcy order made on the basis that the bankrupts (who were landlords of a multi-tenanted property with single gas and electricity meters) were not liable for the petition debt for gas and electricity charges as the property was tenanted.
• Recovering disputed gas and electricity charges to 38 sites occupied or managed by a large public company following the settlement of a claim at mediation.
• Obtaining judgment against the landlord of a property converted into two residential flats with a single gas meter, which was disputed on the basis that various different tenants of the two flats were liable.
