Expertise

Some of Sarah’s areas of expertise include freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sale and purchases, help to buy, remortgages, transfer of equity, development sales and equity release. She joined Wedlake Bell from Moon Beever in July 2021 when the firms merged.

Career History

Sarah studied Law at Sunderland University and eventually completed her LPC at York College of Law. She joined the Property Department at Moon Beever in January 2020, advising in residential property matters.
