Sara specialises in all aspects of contentious corporate and personal insolvency. She has particular experience and expertise in pursuing claims on behalf of liquidators, administrators and trustees in bankruptcy and also acts for directors of insolvent companies who find themselves facing claims from Office Holders.

Sara has considerable experience acting in large, complex multi-jurisdictional fraud matters.

Career History

Sara studied for a BA in American Studies with a year abroad at King’s College London and University College Los Angeles. Having obtained this degree Sara went on to study law at the College of Law, London, obtaining an LLB.

She joined Moon Beever as a trainee solicitor in November 2007 and qualified in November 2009. Sara works in the firm’s Insolvency department. She joined Wedlake Bell from Moon Beever in July 2021 when the firms merged.
