• Acting for the provisional liquidator of a company involved in a multi-million pound umbrella fraud. Injunctive relief was obtained in support of the claims brought against the former directors and other third parties who assisted in the fraud, together with a search and seizure order. The claim proceeded in the Business List, and summary judgment was successfully obtained. Sara also dealt with post-judgment enforcement.
• Acting for a liquidator in breach of duty proceedings against the former director. Following the successful application, enforcement proceedings were commenced, which included possession and sale proceedings and third party debt orders.
• Acting for a trustee in bankruptcy dealing with global assets and advising on tracing remedies, strategy and global recoveries.
