Recent Experience

Saahil completed his LLB from the University of Bristol in 2018. He went on to achieve a Distinction in the LPC from BPP Law School in 2019. Subsequently, Saahil gained considerable paralegal experience at a small North London law firm.

Career History

Saahil joined Wedlake Bell in January 2022. Prior to this, he worked for a North London law firm where he assisted senior lawyers with drafting Share and Asset Purchase Agreements, LLP Agreements and Shareholder Agreements. He assisted several large charities to restructure as Charitable Incorporated Organisations. Saahil also advised clients on landlord-tenant and commercial disputes.

Saahil has also worked for HM Treasury Legal Advisors where he assisted in advising policy officials on matters relating to financial and insurance regulation.

Additional Information

Outside of work, Saahil enjoys playing golf and is a keen scuba diver holding an advanced open water diving licence.
