About Rebecca

Expertise Down arrow

Rebecca has experience in all areas of family law, and has acted for a wide variety of clients both internationally and throughout the UK, but especially cases that require substantial client care. As well as family law, she has expertise in art and cultural property law, so she is particularly adept at dealing with high net worth divorces and dissolution of civil partnerships where knowledge of the art market is required.

Her family practice covers financial remedies, private children law and modern families work. Rebecca regularly works with clients experiencing domestic abuse or other trauma related issues, and this forms an integral part of her practice. Rebecca is the Chair of Resolution’s Domestic Abuse Committee. She takes a caring and empathetic approach, focusing on the needs of the whole family while safeguarding and promoting her clients’ best interests.

Her art and cultural property practice spans both contentious and non-contentious matters, including disputes concerning attribution, provenance, title, authenticity and illegally trafficked goods. Rebecca is the Chair of the PAIAM Board (UK and Europe).
