Patrick is an associate in the Commercial Disputes team with experience across a wide range of commercial disputes. He regularly acts for individuals, businesses and corporate clients in complex and high-value cases in both the High Court and County Court.
His broad practice covers breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation, professional negligence, group litigation claims and more. He is experienced in handling factually and legally complex disputes, including international and cross-border litigation.

He is often involved in matters requiring urgent interim relief, such as freezing orders and injunctions.
He has a particular interest in crypto and crypto fraud matters, and his recent work includes acting in cases involving crypto-related fraud, where urgent and often novel applications are required to protect clients’ assets in fast-moving, high-stakes disputes.
Patrick works closely with counsel, forensic experts and overseas lawyers, where necessary, and is confident managing litigation from pre-action strategy through to trial and enforcement. He provides commercially focused, pragmatic advice and is known for being responsive, efficient and outcome-driven.
