Kirk practices in the Commercial Litigation and Insolvency and Business Recovery Departments, as well as assisting in the Debt Recovery Department. He joined Wedlake Bell in July 2021 when the firms merged.
Career History
Kirk graduated with Honours in Geography from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, before completing the conversion and Legal Practice Courses at the College of Law in London. Having worked as a paralegal in a diverse range of fields from a niche yachting and maritime law firm to a magic circle firm, Kirk went on to do his training contract at a high street practice on the London/Kent borders where he specialised in general litigation work. Kirk qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Moon Beever that year.
