Career History
After training and qualifying in London, Ian spent 6 years at Howes Percival in Norwich undertaking recoveries work for IPs and conducting Director Disqualification investigations and proceedings against company directors on behalf of the Secretary of State.
Ian then moved back to London and spent the last 6 and a half years at the Insolvency and Enforcement Team of HMRC Solicitor’s Office. During this time Ian acted as a lead solicitor on complex insolvency and debt enforcement cases including freezing orders and appointing provisional liquidators and advising in cases such as Lotus F1 Team, Rangers FC and Lehman Brothers.
