Career History
Graham undertook his Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 after completing his training at a well known firm in Braintree in Essex. He joined Moon Beever in October 2012 Wedlake Bell in 2021 when the two firms merged.
He then joined a legal team within a firm of High Court Enforcement Officers undertaking debt recovery actions, all types of enforcement proceedings, and Landlord and Tenant possession claims.
This role developed further to acting for a number of High Court Enforcement Officers’ agencies in respect of applications for Interpleader Relief and any type of action relating to the execution of the Officer’s Writs and all types of possession claims. Whilst acting for the High Court Enforcement Officers Graham regularly appeared before High Court Masters and dealt with matters up to the Court of Appeal. His work has also encompassed numerous actions in the County Court and he is fully versed in County Court procedures.
Whilst in the role he assisted with the general editing and research for his principal in the preparation of the Sweet and Maxwell text ‘Enforcement of a Judgment’ 11th Edition.
