Gloria Crinnion

Gloria is a solicitor in the Insolvency and Restructuring team, having qualified in September 2026.

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Gloria worked as a paralegal in the I&R team, gaining experience across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.

• Regularly assists on both corporate and personal insolvency matters, acting for a wide range of stakeholders, including officeholders, directors, creditors, companies and individuals.
• Has experience drafting and progressing a range of insolvency and litigation applications, including claims arising from transactions at an undervalue, misfeasance and unlawful dividends.
• Liaising with lenders and company directors to facilitate the appointment of administrators, including preparation and drafting of statutory and appointment documentation.
• Assisting on pre-pack administrations and preparing associated documentation.
• Assisting in advising administrators in connection with asset disposals, asset realisations and the exercise of their statutory powers.
