Glenn is a highly experienced litigator and head of the firm’s Commercial Disputes team.

He conducts a variety of high value commercial litigation ranging from breach of contract claims, shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims and professional negligence, both in the High Court and County Court.

He also acts on behalf of liquidators and administrators in bringing and defending claims brought by officeholders, including transactions at an undervalue, voidable preferences, wrongful and fraudulent trading, knowing receipt and dishonest assistance, and breach of duty, as well as acting for creditors in appointing or applying to court for the appointment of administrators and liquidators.

Glenn also has extensive experience acting on behalf of lenders and Law of Property Act (LPA) receivers in borrower enforcement actions and asset recovery.

Glenn is a Chartered Legal Executive Litigator.

  • Acting for a client in the aviation sector in respect of a complex multi-million pound contractual dispute with an airline.
  • Acting in a cross jurisdictional claim in the Commercial Court for damages in respect of a faulty bootstrap system.
  • Acting for the Defendant in High Court proceedings defending a high value claim for breach of a Share Purchase Agreement.
  • Acting for joint administrators (pre and post-appointment) making an application to sell a significant property free of security under paragraph 71 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and dealing with subsequent equitable lien claims from creditors.
  • Regularly advising a lender client on the enforcement of its security, including LPA receivership and Administration appointments and the enforcement of personal guarantees.
  • Regularly advising LPA receivers on their appointments and post-appointment matters.

In March 2012, Glenn completed an eight-month secondment with a recovery team within the restructuring division of a major high street and commercial bank.
