Emilia Petrossian

Emilia is a UK chartered trade mark and design attorney with experience acting on behalf of clients in a broad range of industries, including beauty, entertainment, finance, insurance, accounting, telecommunication, pharmaceuticals, leisure, food, retail and many more.

She has extensive expertise and experience in all aspects of brand protection, trade mark and design portfolio management, including clearance searches, advising on worldwide filing strategies and the prosecution of UK, European Union and international trade mark applications through to registration.

Emilia also advises and handles trade mark due diligence projects, online brand enforcement protection, company names complaints, domain names complaints and oppositions and cancellation proceedings, including negotiating settlements and co-existence agreements.
