Edward specialises in a broad range of non-contentious commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal, portfolio management and secured lending. Edward also assists on the property aspects of corporate transactions. He has experience working for owners, occupiers, developers, funders, landlords and tenants across retail, office and industrial sectors.

Recent Experience

• Acting for a national retailer on the management of their c.100 property portfolio.
• Acting for a developer on the acquisition of sites for development.
• Acting for a borrower on a re-mortgage of their 25 property portfolio.

Career History

Edward joined Wedlake Bell in 2017 having previously qualified in 2013 and practised at a regional firm in Surrey. Prior to that, he obtained a degree in Classics from the University of Bristol, as well as a GDL at BPP in Waterloo.

Edward is on the organising committee for the Property Race Day.
