Claudia Cinzia Hobbs

Claudia is a solicitor in our Private Client team. She specialises in advising domestic and international individuals and trustees on lifetime estate planning, including preparing Wills, Letters of Wishes, Lasting Powers of Attorney and managing complex probate and estate administration matters, with a focus on matters where the firm is appointed as independent administrators.

Claudia’s experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters enables her to provide well-rounded and insightful advice to her clients.

• Acting as an Independent Trustee to administer the disputed discretionary Will trust of the deceased.
• Acting as an Independent Administrator for a cross-border estate where the family is unable to agree on a way forward.
• Advising high net worth individuals with overseas assets on the preparation of their Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
• Advising both the administrator and beneficiary on the administration of an intestate estate, including the commissioning of genealogist reports.

Claudia co-authored the Chambers and Partners Global Practice Guide for Art & Cultural Property Law 2025 (UK edition).

Claudia is an affiliate member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having obtained a distinction in the STEP Advanced Certificate in Administration of Estates.
