Expertise

Christopher’s practice incorporates commercial litigation and contentious insolvency. His specialism is civil fraud. He has substantial experience of tax fraud, international funds tracing, tax avoidance and other domestic and international fraud. He is a capable litigator and tactician. Christopher is a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience.

Career History

Christopher read law at the University of Leicester and completed his professional studies at the University of Law (College of Law) with distinction. He obtained his Diploma in Advanced Litigation from Nottingham Law School in 2011. He joined Blake Morgan (formerly Blake Lapthorn) in 2004 and moved to Moon Beever in 2011. He joined Wedlake Bell in July 2021 when the firms merged.

Publications

Christopher has written various articles and speaks on topical issues in the litigation/fraud/insolvency arena. He is a member of the Commercial Fraud Lawyers Association (CFLA), London Solicitors Litigation Association (LSLA) and Fraud Advisory Panel (FAP).
