  • Acted on an £8,500,000 purchase in Barnes subject to a £150,000 non-refundable exclusivity deposit.
  • Recently successful in a Contract race, exchanging contracts within 5 hours of receiving papers on a £4,000,000 purchase in South West London.
  • Negotiated an Option Agreement as part of a £7,000,000 purchase in Hampstead.
  • Acted on a leasehold purchase with a complex lease structure with absent intermediate leaseholders.

Career History

Chloe joined Wedlake Bell in November 2022.

Prior to that, Chloe trained, qualified and quickly grew her loyal client base at a mid-sized firm in the West End, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2018.
