Chloe advises on all aspects of family law, including financial matters following divorce and separation, pre and post nuptial agreements and child arrangements. Chloe has particular experience is advising on high and ultra high net financial matters with a complicated asset base.

Chloe has worked on financial matters that involve trust assets, non matrimonial property and business valuations, often with an international element. Chloe has experience advising on pre and post nuptial agreements.

Chloe has also acted for clients in matters relating to children, including relocation and child arrangements.

Relevant Expereince

  • Working on a matter with a HNW client in financial remedy proceedings and negotiating a settlement at FDR.
  • Advising a client in a relocation matter with a mother who wishes to relocate with her children.
  • Preparing and advising on a pre nuptial agreement with a HNW client where part of the assets are held in trust.

Career History

Chloe graduated from the University of York in 2016 with an LLB (Hons) Law degree. She then went on to study the LPC and a Masters in Practical Law at the University of Law in Guildford achieving a Distinction.

Chloe completed her training contract at Camilla Baldwin Solicitors and qualified in 2020.  She joined Wedlake Bell in December 2023.

Chloe won the bronze award in the ‘Woman of the Year – Rising Star’ category at the 2023 Powerwomen Awards hosted by Citywealth.

Chloe was awarded the gold award for Future Leader Initiative of the Year at the Future Leaders Awards 2021, hosted by Citywealth, and again at the Future Leaders Awards 2022.
