Charlene is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Private Client Onshore Team advising on a wide range of areas including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration for both probate and intestacy matters.
Her clients range from private individuals and families, trustees, executors and administrators. Although Charlene’s expertise is broad, her specialist area is estate administration where she deals predominantly with intestate estates in the UK and works closely with genealogists in cases where there are no immediate next of kin.
She is experienced in advising high-net worth UK domicile clients on large and complex estates and the taxation issues that may arise. She also has experience in asset tracing.
Prior to qualifying, Charlene worked in both Criminal and Family Law Firms. Charlene prides herself in doing her utmost to explain legal issues in a clear, concise language so as to simplify the situation for the client. She recognises the importance of making her client’s feel comfortable so that there can be a constructive and efficient working relationship at a time that can be extremely difficult.
