Expertise Down arrow

Tife is a Trainee Solicitor currently taking his first seat in the Banking team. Before commencing his training contract, Tife spent two years in the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring team, where he worked on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters involving companies, directors, bankruptcy estates and insolvency officeholders.

During this time, Tife assisted with complex investigations, asset recovery actions and litigation arising from insolvency processes. His experience includes analysing financial records and company transactions, supporting claims against directors and third parties, preparing witness statements and court documents, and assisting with applications in both personal and corporate insolvency matters. Tife has also worked on bankruptcy, administration, liquidation and restructuring matters, helping clients navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.

Through my work, Tife has developed a particular interest in investigations and the analysis of financial information, regularly reviewing large volumes of documentary evidence to identify key issues and support recovery strategies. He has worked closely with partners, solicitors, counsel, insolvency practitioners and other professionals on matters involving disputed transactions, director conduct, fraud-related issues and asset tracing.

He is now undertaking a seat in the Banking team, where he is building on this experience and developing his knowledge of finance transactions and lender-side work. Tife’s background in insolvency and restructuring provides him with a strong understanding of risk, security and recoveries, as well as the wider commercial considerations that can affect businesses and stakeholders.

Tife enjoys working collaboratively to solve complex problems and delivering practical, commercially focused support to clients.
