Ayesha specialises in residential property, acting for both domestic and international clients, including owner-occupiers, investors and first-time buyers.

Her work involves a range of transactional and advisory matters including the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property, property finance transactions, voluntary lease extensions and licenses in respect of properties in and out of London.

Ayesha is pragmatic, commercial and works hard to ensure a swift and successful conclusion for her clients. Clients appreciate Ayesha’s diligence and efficiency as well as her clear and regular communication.

Career History

Ayesha trained with Wedlake Bell, completing seats in Residential Property, Real Estate, Commercial Disputes and IP & Commercial.

Ayesha read Law at the University of Sheffield and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury, graduating with a Distinction.
