Ashif Ali

Ashif assists the Immigration Team across a broad range of business and personal immigration matters, helping clients navigate the complexities of the UK immigration system. Having worked with immigration clients for a number of years, he has extensive experience supporting individuals, families and businesses with a wide variety of immigration applications and related matters.

Ashif’s business immigration experience includes assisting with Skilled Worker applications, including initial applications, extensions, switching applications and overseas applications. He also supports clients with sponsor licence applications, sponsor compliance matters, Global Business Mobility routes and other sponsored work applications, as well as assisting businesses with the preparation of supporting documentation and the progression of applications.

Alongside his business immigration work, Ashif has considerable experience assisting individuals and families with personal immigration matters, including spouse and partner applications, family visas, visitor visas, applications for indefinite leave to remain, British citizenship and applications under the EU Settlement Scheme. He also supports clients with other routes to settlement and applications involving changes to immigration status in the UK.

Ashif’s aim is to ensure that clients feel supported and informed throughout the process while helping the team deliver clear, practical and high-quality immigration support tailored to each client’s individual circumstances.

• Assisting individuals with Skilled Worker visa applications, including applications to switch into the route from within the UK, extend existing permission, and apply from overseas.
• Assisting clients with applications for Indefinite Leave to Remain, including reviewing eligibility and supporting the preparation of settlement applications.
• Assisting individuals with applications for British citizenship, including naturalisation and registration applications.
• Assisting businesses with Sponsor Licence applications, including preparing supporting documentation and guiding clients through the application process.
• Assisting clients with applications under the EU Settlement Scheme, including applications for pre -settled and settled status.
• Assisting individuals and families with personal immigration applications, including spouse, partner and other family visa routes.
