Annabel has experience acting for a wide range of clients including office and retail tenants, investors, landlords, utility providers and local authorities. She deals with all aspects of transactional real estate matters as well as having a background in planning, development, and environmental regulatory work.

• Advising on the letting and property management work for a large mixed-use estate in London (including retail, leisure and office units).
• Drafting and negotiating high value leasehold office HQ moves, both inside and outside of London.
• Dealing with the regeneration of one of the UK’s most significant sites at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
• Negotiating green leases for numerous accredited buildings.
• Acting for a high-net worth individual in relation to a planning and listed building consent at a super prime location in Westminster.
• Providing real estate and general regulatory advice to various departments and directly to the board at one of the UK’s water undertakers.
