Anna Cunningham

Anna is a Part-Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with six years of experience in intellectual property, having completed the first stage of qualification by undertaking the Trade Mark Law and Practice PGCert at Queen Mary University.

Anna has worked alongside qualified attorneys on the full spectrum of trade mark matters, including pre-filing advice, clearance, prosecution and contentious matters such as oppositions, cancellations, and infringement advice. She has experience working with clients across a range of industries, from large corporations to SMEs.

Prior to joining Wedlake Bell, Anna was a Junior Trade Mark Administrator at an intellectual property law firm. During this time, she completed the CITMA Paralegal Course, providing her with a thorough understanding of trade mark, design and copyright formalities in the UK, EU and internationally.

• Assisting with trade mark disputes, including the preparation of cease and desist letters and letters of undertaking.
• Assisting with online brand protection matters, including filing online takedown requests.
• Assisting with company names complaints.
