Expertise
Amelia is a trainee solicitor, currently working in the Residential Property team. Her first seat was in the Commercial Property team where she worked on a range of real estate work but with a specific focus on landlord and tenant matters. In her second seat in the Construction team she primarily assisted with non-contentious matters. During her third seat, Amelia gained experience in the Private Client offshore team, assisting with UK tax, trusts and succession planning for domestic and international individuals and trustees. She also worked with the onshore team to assist with drafting Wills, LPAs, trusts and estate administration. Amelia is now completing her Training Contract with a final seat in the Residential Property team.
