Prior to joining Wedlake Bell, Alice gained experience as a paralegal in a real estate department in London, focusing on residential conveyancing.
Alice is a trainee solicitor, currently working in the Art & Luxury team. As a Trainee Solicitor, Alice has worked in four departments. In her first seat, Alice worked in the Commercial Property department and assisted in a variety of work including corporate transactions, refinancing and Landlord and Tenant work. In her second seat, she worked in the Private Client offshore team assisting with advising domestic and international individuals and trustees in relation to UK tax, trusts and succession planning. Alice also supported the onshore team with assisting and advising clients with a wide range of matters including preparation of Wills, LPAs, trusts and estate administration. Alice’s third seat was in the Pensions team, and she is now completing her Training Contract with a final seat in the Art & Luxury team.
