Expertise
Aimee advises on a variety of family law matters, with her practice now focusing on the financial issues arising on divorce. Aimee has acted for clients with financially complex asset bases including multiple family trusts and complicated business structures. She has advised clients progressing through the court process, representing clients through to Final Hearing, as well as assisting clients to reach settlement through negotiation. In addition, Aimee has experience advising in relation to pre and post nuptial agreements.
Aimee also has extensive experience acting for clients in respect of emergency domestic violence proceedings.
Career History
Aimee graduated from Queen Mary, University of London with a degree in Law in 2013 and went on to complete her LPC at the University of Law in 2014 achieving a Distinction.
Aimee joined Wedlake Bell in September 2018, qualifying into the Family & Divorce team, having completed her training contract at Penningtons Manches. Prior to training, Aimee worked as a paralegal in the Family & Childcare departments at two London based firms acting for clients in public children proceedings.
