Wedlake Bell achieves top rankings in the 2026 Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners guides
Wedlake Bell has once again achieved excellent results in the newly released 2026 editions of The Legal 500 UK and Chambers & Partners, securing multiple Band 1 rankings, an uplift for the firm’s Corporate / M&A practice across both directories and a first time appearance in the Legal 500’s TMT industry focus ranking.
In The Legal 500 UK 2026, the firm’s Art & Luxury team achieved top tier status for Art & Cultural Property Law and Debt Recovery and the Corporate team celebrating a move up to Tier 2 in the ‘M&A: Smaller Deals, £10m-£100m’ category. The firm’s TMT offering also appeared, for the first time, in the Legal 500’s industry focus ranking.
The firm saw further good news in the Chambers UK 2026 rankings where they secured Band 1 rankings for Art & Cultural Property Law and Restructuring / Insolvency: Personal Insolvency. They also saw another uplift for the Corporate team to Band 3 in the Corporate / M&A (£10-100 million) rankings and excellent sustained rankings everywhere else.
These results highlight the firm’s bench strength across its key practice areas and focus on achieving the very best for clients. Congratulations to all involved.
