Tom is a senior associate in our Corporate team and acts for clients across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector and the industrials sector.

His main practice areas include cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions (acting on both the buy-side and the sell-side), equity investments (acting for both the company and investors), corporate reorganisations and joint ventures.

  • Advising the shareholders of FM Conway Limited, a leading public works company in England, on the sale of FM Conway Limited to VINCI Construction.
  • Advising the shareholders of European chemical and solvent suppliers, the Solventis Group, on its acquisition by global market leader in chemicals and ingredients distribution, Brenntag.
  • Advising Nomios, a European cybersecurity services provider, on its private equity-backed acquisition of Dionach, a UK cyber security consultancy.
  • Advising the shareholders of The Scale Factory, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) advanced consulting partner on its sale to the Ten10 Group.
  • Advising Additive Catchments in relation to an investment from and strategic partnership with Capgemini.
  • Advising Renewabl on a multi-million pound seed round. The round was led by Helen Ventures and supported by Encevo Group, Toyota Ventures, Nesta and Enery, alongside a reinvestment from PortfoLion and QVentures.
  • Advising Blue Skies Space Limited, a space data company, on an equity fundraise of over £2m to accelerate the launch of its innovative science satellites. The funding round included new investment from the Space Frontier Fund of Japan’s SPARX Group Co. Ltd and follow-on investment from SFC Capital.
  • Advising Belimed AG (a wholly owned subsidiary of Metall Zug AG, the Swiss industrial holding company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange) on its multi-million pound acquisition of Amity International, a manufacturer and developer of speciality chemicals, consumables and equipment for the healthcare industry worldwide.
  • Advising MFT Capital Ltd on the sale of Boom Battle Bars, a competitive socialising and entertainment business, to AIM-quoted XP Factory Plc (formerly Escape Hunt Plc).
