Samantha Griffiths

Samantha is the Utilities team manager. She has a wealth of experience in debt recovery, and applies a strategic and results-driven approach to complex recovery operations.

As team manager, Samantha plays a key role in leading a high-performing team focused on efficiently resolving outstanding debts and disputes, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.

• Project managing the team’s litigation-only work streams, which sees over 20,000 claims issued annually.

Samantha was nominated and shortlisted for Credit Today’s, Women in Credit ‘Team Leader of the Year – Non-Creditor’ award.
