Paul deals with a wide range of property disputes, with an emphasis on commercial landlord and tenant disputes and residential property disputes.

He advises on a broad range of commercial matters, acting for both landlords and tenants in respect of business lease renewals, dilapidations claims, forfeiture and breach of lease.

Paul also acts for landlords and tenants on all aspects of residential property disputes, including possession action for breach of tenancy, nuisance and anti-social behaviour and rent arrears.

With a particular interest in protecting client’s assets (their Property, Brand, Staff and Customers), Paul regularly acts for clients in claims in trespass, nuisance and harassment contrary to the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, including individuals being harassed and large protest campaigns and demonstrations.
