Natasha Blackmore

Natasha is a solicitor in the Banking team. She has experience acting on a variety of real estate finance, development finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending transactions. She works for both borrowers and lenders, including international banks, real estate investors and bridging lenders.

In her training contract before joining Wedlake Bell, Natasha completed seats in Real Estate, International Projects, Energy & Infrastructure, Banking & Finance and Corporate. Before starting her training contract, she worked at as a Legal Assistant in the Knowledge Team within the Antitrust & Foreign Investment department at another firm.

• Acting for a joint venture vehicle on a £33 million facility for a regeneration scheme which included the development of 147 houses and apartments.
• Acting for the lender on a £50 million facility to develop a co-living space comprising of a hotel, serviced apartments, co-working area and gymnasium.
• Acting for a private equity-backed global fulfilment business on a £38 million senior facility with a £20 million RCF.
• Acting for a property investment company on a £13.5 million murabaha refinancing of an office block.
