Natalie is Wedlake Bell’s HR director and leads the full HR function at the firm, partnering closely with the business to ensure its people strategy and priorities are aligned to the overall business vision. She is a member of Wedlake Bell’s board and sits on the Responsible Business team.
The HR team supports the firm across a range of areas, including talent attraction, engagement and retention, people advisory and operations, learning, development and career progression programmes, wellbeing initiatives and responsible business activities.
