  • Acting for prestigious retail brands in securing high‑profile flagship stores in prime central London locations. Julia’s work includes advising on complex acquisitions, negotiating bespoke lease terms and ensuring transactions align with each brand’s strategic vision and operational needs. This experience has given her deep insight into the competitive dynamics of London’s most sought‑after retail streets, from Bond Street to Sloane Street, enabling her to deliver results that combine commercial value with brand impact.
  • Acting for a well‑known household name, Julia advised on the disposal of a substantial nationwide corporate real estate portfolio, comprising a high volume of properties across multiple regions.
