Hollie is a corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, family businesses and national and international companies across the full corporate lifecycle, from growth to maturity and exit.

She builds long-term relationships with her clients, and is focused on delivering practical, tailored legal advice that aligns to each client’s commercial goals.

Hollie’s corporate practice is broad and includes private acquisitions and disposals, management buyouts (MBOs), joint ventures and shareholder agreements, family investment companies (FICs) and

general corporate structuring and governance advice. She collaborates with multidisciplinary teams across the firm to deliver integrated advice to clients.

Hollie has a pragmatic approach and provides an exceptional level of client service. She works closely with her clients from the early stages of a matter and works together with the other advisers and stakeholders in order to drive the project efficiently to completion.

Whether a client is navigating a business expansion, preparing for a strategic exit or seeking ongoing legal support, she acts as their trusted adviser.

  • Acting for a global garment manufacturing company, headquartered in South East Asia on its acquisition of a majority stake in a UK software company. The client operates 13 manufacturing facilities with over 14,000 team members around the world.*
  • Acting for a leading integrated manufacturer of paper-based packaging products on its acquisition of an independent corrugated packaging provider based in the UK.*
  • Acting for a global single family office on its disposal of super-prime London real estate within a corporate single purpose vehicle wrapper to an offshore trust.*
  • Advising a multi-generational family on the establishment of a family investment company and the associated intra-family loan arrangements.
  • Advising a privately owned hospitality business across the UK and overseas in relation to the sale of its Michelin-starred hotel.
