• Advising a subsidiary of IJM Corporation Berhad on its acquisition of a Dutch special purpose vehicle which holds the leasehold interest in 1-5 London Wall Buildings, now known as 25 Finsbury Circus, for £72.5m.
• Advising Victory Group, a pan-European real estate investment firm, on its acquisition of a special purpose vehicle which owns the freehold of 103-105 Jermyn Street.
• Advising Store Box Self Storage Limited on its merger with Lovespace to create the Spectrum Storage Group and its subsequent acquisition of My Lockup (Holdings) Limited, being the holding company of the largest independent self-storage company in the north east of England with 13 freehold sites.
• Advising on the sale of two Guernsey special purpose vehicles, which respectively own a logistics hub in Leicestershire and a frozen foods warehouse in Southall, west London, to Urban Logistics REIT PLC for a combined value of approximately £80m.
• Advising LBS Properties and Baumont Real Estate Capital on their sale of 95 New Cavendish Street by virtue of the sale of their units in a Jersey Property Unit Trust to AEW for £22m.
• Advising the sole shareholder on the sale of Re-Vision BV to private equity backed Extenda Retail, a leading provider of commerce and distribution software solutions for retailers and logistics companies. Re-Vision BV, headquartered in Waardenburg, Netherlands, is the global provider of mobile self-scanning solutions, enabling an innovative shopping experience in the retail sector.
• Advising Solventis Ltd, a leading chemical distributor, which also holds significant positions in both automotive fluids and aircraft de-icer markets, on its multi-million-pound acquisition of Filtration Control Solutions Limited.
