Expertise 
Enea is a Solicitor in the Corporate team, advising clients across a range of sectors, with particular a particular focus on the technology and digital sector. He advises on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets (debt and equity), private equity, joint ventures, investments, corporate restructurings and general corporate and commercial transactions.
Experience 
- Advising the shareholders of One Advisory, a leading national specialist business advisory firm, on the sale to FRP Advisory Group.
- Advising the shareholders of FM Conway Limited, a leading public works company in England, on the sale to VINCI Construction.
- Jointly advising Allenby Capital (as nomad and joint broker) and Oak Securities (as joint broker) on Pathfinder Minerals Plc’s reverse takeover of Rome Resources Plc, a Canada-based early-stage resource exploration company, and £4m placing (equity fundraise).
- Advising IntelliAM AI Plc, a software and AI company based in South Yorkshire, on its initial public offering (IPO) on the Acquis Stock Exchange, valuing the company at nearly £18m.
- Advising the Nomios Group on its acquisition of Dionach Ltd, a leading cyber security consultancy based in Oxford.
