Eleanor Crawley

Eleanor is a construction solicitor specialising in non-contentious matters, with experience spanning a wide range of sectors and project types. She advises clients throughout the full lifecycle of construction projects, from procurement through to the delivery of projects. As part of the wider Construction team, Eleanor acts for developers, funders, investors, purchasers and sellers, as well as specialist contractors and consultants.

She is familiar with all standard construction documentation, including JCT forms of building contract, professional team appointments, collateral warranties/third party rights, novation agreements and construction-specific security documentation such as guarantees and bonds.

Eleanor regularly advises on bespoke contractual arrangements and has expertise in tailoring documentation to meet the commercial and operational needs of clients. She also has experience in undertaking due diligence in relation to various types of real estate assets and producing comprehensive legal reports for the acquisition, sale, funding and/or letting of construction projects.
