David specialises in estate administration for the Private Client onshore team. He deals mainly with intestate estates in the UK, and works closely with genealogists in cases where there are no immediate next of kin. This involves tracing and recovering assets, repaying liabilities, liaising with the Property team regarding property sales, dealing with the tax liabilities of an estate, drafting accounts for the estate administration and distributing assets in accordance with the intestacy rules.
