Christine Miller

Christine is a chartered legal executive who acts for a variety of clients recovering unpaid invoices for services provided. Her clients include HMRC, local authorities and insurance agents as well as solicitors and accountancy firms.

Christine’s expertise includes debt claims, bankruptcy and winding up petitions, enforcement of judgments and dealing with defended claims, including attending hearings (including small claims hearings), when necessary.

• Instructing agents in various foreign countries to recover unpaid invoices for clients in the UK.
• Carrying out general debt work, including issuing claims and obtaining and enforcing judgments.
• Making applications to extend the life of a judgment and to amend claim forms.
