Ali Demir

Ali is a solicitor in the Residential Property team at Wedlake Bell. He advises on a full range of residential property matters, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease extensions, remortgages and secured lending transactions.

Acting for a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, companies and lenders, both in the UK and internationally, Ali’s experience covers everything from high-value and time-sensitive transactions to more routine property matters. His significant experience across a variety of property matters ensures that clients can rely on Ali providing pragmatic and commercially aware advice.
