Harry specialises in commercial and intellectual property law. In particular, he advises clients on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights including trade marks, passing off, designs, copyright and confidential information.
Harry also advises clients on commercial matters such as disputes relating to shareholders, LLP members, contracts, professional negligence, judicial review and data protection.
He has experience of disputes before the Court of Appeal, the High Court, the County Court, the Intellectual Property Office, the Information Commissioner’s Office, the Advertising Standards Authority, the Parliamentary Ombudsman, domain name dispute resolution organisations (WIPO, Nominet), the Company Names Tribunal and alternative dispute resolution procedures.

Harry trained and qualified with Wedlake Bell. He completed a secondment with Amaya Inc.
Harry frequently speaks and writes on commercial and intellectual property law issues and recently co-authored the chapter on “Counterfeiting for Brand Protection Online.”
