Jay Das, Planning Partner, quoted in Planning Resource in reaction to the Autumn Budget 2017

Jay Das, Partner in our Planning Team, has been quoted in Planning Resource.

Jay commented, “the planning regime has once again become the focus of government targets in the Budget to address the shortage of housing.” She went on to say, “The Chancellor’s proposal to remove stamp duty for properties under £300,000 (and on the first £300,000 for properties costing up to £500,000) for first time buyers is probably the single most decisive change whicyh may boost housing activity in the UK in the short-term.”
