How Theresa May’s vision of employee representatives on UK company boards might be realised

During Theresa May’s (unexpectedly short) campaign to become leader of the Conservative Party, she expressed the need to address the issue of distrust between the electorate and corporates, suggesting “we’re going to have not just consumers represented on company boards, but workers as well”.
