We are currently seeking a Marketing Operations (& Digital) Co-ordinator to join our energetic Marketing team. The role will focus on best practices and key processes within the Marketing & Business Development team. The individual will work closely with the Head of Marketing & Business Development and the wider team to improve the overall marketing operation effectiveness. They will also act as a point of contact for groups including marketing, IT and finance with a focus on business development. The individual will be responsible for the structure, process, accountability and foundation for digital marketing and the CRM system and also provide project management as well as data strategy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of our CRM system (InterAction) and have a passion for email marketing . Ideally, they will be able to use a CMS.
