The last ten years has seen the focus of her work shift to the investment fund management industry where she has gained extensive experience acting on fund formation contracts, co-investments and acquisitions agreements in relation to fund investments.
Rosemary joined Wedlake Bell as a consultant in January 2008 after spending 3 years at Marriott Harrison.
Prior to that she spent nearly 15 years at Denton Wilde Sapte, where, as a partner in the corporate group, she advised on a similarly broad spectrum of corporate and commercial work, including the Homebase acquisition of Texas Homecare, the privatisation of Northern Ireland Electricity plc and the admission of Italian companies onto AIM. She also advised a family office on investments in private equity limited partnerships.
Clients remain loyal to her, appreciating her commitment to their cause and her common sense approach. She was the main legal adviser to Teletext throughout its almost 20 years as a public service broadcaster.
