We have acted both for and against a wide range or professionals – in all sorts of circumstances – giving us real insight and considerable experience in this area.
Our professional services clients include accountants, lawyers, surveyors and valuers, financial advisers and other service providers.
Claims against professionals are a fact of life so we aim to take both a forensic and a commercial view. Our role is to advise our clients on the merits of such claims and, depending upon that, we will pursue, defend or settle claims as instructed in a cost efficient manner.
Where possible we seek to resolve matters by negotiation but, if, not, we will not hesitate to use court proceedings or alternative methods of dispute resolution such as mediation.
We often instruct other professionals to act as experts to provide evidence to the Court and/or advise clients.
