Ben deals with a broad mix of real estate work but with a focus on landlord and tenant matters for a variety of commercial clients including investors and business occupiers.

He specialises in acting for corporate occupiers on acquisitions of new premises and disposals of former premises.

He is particularly experienced in acting for companies in the insurance and finance industries in their office premises requirements in the City and throughout the country.

  • Acting for insurance business Charles Taylor in respect of its relocation to its new 66,000 sq ft HQ at the Minister Building EC3.
  • Acting for hedge fund Quadrature Capital on taking floors at the Leadenhall Building (the “Cheesegrater”).
  • Acting for fintech business Revolut in respect of its space at Westferry Circus, Canary Wharf.
  • Acting for MS Amlin PLC on its relocation to the Leadenhall Building (the “Cheesegrater”).
