Kate Meagher's Service Teams
Kate specialises in intellectual property, commercial and insolvency law. She provides advice to a broad range of clients in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters. Kate acts on behalf of banks, insolvency professionals, companies and private individuals.
Kate completed her training contract at Wedlake Bell and qualified into the Intellectual Property & Commercial and Insolvency, Restructuring & Recoveries teams in September 2016. Prior to commencing her training contract, Kate spent one year in the IP & Commercial team where she assisted clients in relation to protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights.
Kate graduated from the University of Exeter in 2010. She gained experience working in the publishing and media industry before attending law school.
