Brexit impacts – lifecycle of a property development

Brexit is going to impact on our laws.  It is too early to know what the impacts will be but it is certain that there will be changes in the future.

Going forward the government may look to make changes to laws which have been enacted via the Brexit route and to domestic laws which originated in the EU.
